The course emphasizes the critical role of communication, covering both verbal and nonverbal strategies to defuse tense situations. Features such as knowledge checks, an interactive scenario-based decision tree, and a downloadable job aid ensure active engagement and practical application. The course concludes with a quiz to reinforce key takeaways and assess learner comprehension. 

Developed using core instructional design processes, the course was informed by a thorough needs analysis to identify performance gaps, followed by the creation of a detailed course roadmap and storyboard to ensure alignment with learning objectives. This approach supports learner engagement, retention, and the ability to apply conflict-resolution techniques in real-world scenarios.

A quiz at the conclusion reinforces key concepts and evaluates learner comprehension, ensuring knowledge transfer. Access to the course requires a secure login, providing a personalized and trackable learning experience. 

The course was developed following a needs analysis to identify learning objectives, with content structured through a storyboard to ensure clarity and flow.
