Hi, my name is Dawn. I'm an instructional designer. My passion for helping people is the heart of everything I do.

I have over 15 years' experience serving organizations across the globe. I have a master's degree in education and several post-graduate certificates including educational technology, literacy & language, customer success management, and instructional design.

My skill in the analysis, planning and design of instructional content, combined with my attention to detail & visual design during development, creates not only an aesthetically pleasing product, but also a successful customer experience. I focus on what the customer needs and my goal is to achieve that by focusing on solutions. 

Learning designers play a pivotal role in workforce development, coaching, teaching, and customer education by identifying learning gaps, creating tailored solutions, and delivering impactful training programs.
