Meet Dawn Elizabeth

Hi, my name is Dawn. 

My passion for helping people is the heart of everything I do.

I have worked in education and training & development for over 15 years in organizations across the globe. I have a master's degree in education with an emphasis in TESOL. I also have several post graduate certificates including educational technology, customer success management, and instructional design.

My skill in the analysis, planning and design of instructional content combined with my attention to detail & visual design during development creates not only an aesthetically pleasing product, but also a successful customer experience. I focus on what the customer needs and my goal is to achieve that by focusing on solutions.
